This Privacy Policy describes how Qlozio ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Qlozio mobile application (the "App").
Qlozio is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Identity
- Phone number, verified via OTP (one-time password) for login
- Name and email address, if you sign in with Google
- Your role within the organization (Admin, Channel Partner, Sales Agent, or Dealer)
Location Data
- Precise (GPS) location while you are checked in for attendance
- Background location, which continues to be collected for a limited time after you check in, so your attendance and field activity can be tracked accurately
Audio Data
- Call recordings, captured to enable AI-powered analysis and automatic CRM updates (e.g., call summaries, follow-up notes)
Photos & Files
- Profile pictures and project-related photos you choose to upload
Business & CRM Data
- Sales, dealer, and project information you or your organization enter into the App
- Attendance records and check-in/check-out history
Device & Notification Data
- Push notification tokens, used to deliver alerts and updates
- Basic device information needed for app functionality (e.g., OS version)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your account
- To track attendance and field visits via location data
- To transcribe and analyze sales calls and automatically update CRM records
- To enable core features such as profile photos, project uploads, and notifications
- To operate the role-based hierarchy (Admin → Channel Partner → Sales Agent → Dealer) within your organization
- To maintain and improve the App's functionality and security
3. How We Store and Share Information
- Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloud Storage).
- Data is visible to relevant users within your organization's hierarchy (e.g., an Admin can see data from Channel Partners, Sales Agents, and Dealers under them), as required for business operations.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We may share data with service providers (e.g., Google Firebase, AI processing services for call analysis) solely to operate the App's features, under confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Permissions We Request

You can disable these permissions in your device settings, but doing so may limit or disable related features.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 7.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase Authentication and encrypted data transmission, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent for location or microphone access via device settings

8. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
