Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Qlozio website (qlozio.com) and the Qlozio mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by Qlozio ("Qlozio", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of service

Qlozio is a CRM and operations platform for real estate channel partners and the sales teams they employ. The Services include lead aggregation, lead distribution, call recording and AI analysis, site visit tracking, bookings tracking, team and attendance management, and financial reporting.

3. Accounts

Access to the App is provisioned by an organization's administrator (typically a Channel Partner account holder). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, data, or organization;
• Record calls or collect location data in violation of applicable law, including without providing required notice to call participants; or
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party integrations

The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Housing.com, 99acres, and MagicBricks, to ingest lead data. Qlozio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party platforms, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms.

6. Subscription and payment

Access to paid tiers of the Services is governed by the commercial agreement entered into between Qlozio and your organization at the time of purchase. Contact qlozio.app@gmail.com for current pricing and plan details.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content (excluding customer data), are owned by Qlozio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your organization retains ownership of the lead and business data it inputs into the Services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlozio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of leads, revenue, or business data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account that violates these Terms. Your organization's administrator may deactivate individual user accounts at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
